Blind Screening for Recruiters who are also Hiring Managers

We have implemented blind screening for hiring managers, based on a custom hiring manager role. However, that role would also be provisioned

The auto provisioning rule is based on the user having the Line Manager role (provisioned on the basis of them having direct reports). This is creating a problem as those recruiters/HR staff should see all candidate details in the same way that their non-line manager recruiting/HR colleagues do. So, we created a copy of the custom hiring manager role that is only to be assigned to these users.
