Personal Payment Methods are not automatically end-dated upon entry of the final close date

Hi,

Oracle released the below feature as part of 23D.

Personal Payment Methods are now automatically end-dated upon entry of the final close date on the employees payroll relationship.

However, It is not working as expected. Any thoughts?
