Report error within a journey task

Hello everybody,
We are experiencing a blocking issue completing a certain task within a journey.
For this reason we created an OTBI report that extracts the information entered into the form filled out for the previous task.
The report is extracted correctly and developed like many others within BI and with standard Oracle functionality, therefore this morning by carrying out test cases in the PROD environment we saw that once the report was extracted trying to complete the task then clicking on " EXECUTED" we receive an error account.
Could you provide some more information or if you have ever encountered an error.
