We are using the Enterprise API to configure a batch process, but we're not sure about something.  We would appreciate any help.

As mentioned in the documentation, we created an API client and assigned it to the Default Collection. Also, we created a user and granted access to "Determination API".
 
Howeverm in Actions when we change the Determinations API Access Control to "Allow access to users only with the Determinations API role", we are not able to access the batch service.
 
If the Determinations API Access Control is changed to "Allow anonymous access", we can then access the service.
