Error when loading PersonEmail beacause of configured Autocomplete Rule

Hi Experts!,

We are facing an issue where the configured autocomplete rule is triggering an error when does the HDL.

Summary of the requirement:

Work Email should only be updated by users with certain roles,

  1. HR Specialist
  2. IT Security Manager
  3. Custom created role to update Work Email via REST API

Issue description:

Even when a user who has one of the role mentioned (IT Security Manager) tries to update work email HDL load it is fetching an error.
