File not visible in UCM after importing statement through transmission Configuration

Hi, we're using transmission configuration Secure File Transfer Retrieval Protocol for Static File Names for importing the bank statement from Bank's SFTP server. After both successful and failed import of the bank statement, we're not able to see the same anywhere in the UCM. Does it gets purged from the staging table after importing?
