I am facing an issue moving a candidate to HR

Once the candidate has accepted the offer the next action is Move to HR, this has been done but is not being completed. We cannot move the candidate back as all we get is a message saying this offer is being moved to HR.

Any suggestions on how we can fix this?

We have checked the scheduled processes and they are all running fine.
