Support of Custom Data Security Policy for Procurement roles

Summary:

I've created a Data security policy( manage database resource) for the table PO_REQUISITION_HEADERS_ALL, filtering by requisition status, or any other attribute. Assigned this DSP to a procurement requester role. However user is still able to see all requistions regardless of this filter.

Could Oracle development team confirm that Requistion security is exclusively based on Req BUs, not considering any custom filter on database resources? We have a requiremenet to allow users to view only a set of requisitons, based on criterias like status, department, cost center and I was trying to use both FILTERS, SQLs, on database resource to achieve that without success.
