Defaulting logged in User as Recruiter while creating the Job Requisition

Dear Experts,

We have below customer requirement:

If the user is navigating to ‘Hiring’ tile from ‘My Client Groups’ to create the new requisition, system is defaulting user the as the hiring Manager. But Hiring manager is supposed to Navigate from “My Team” – “Hiring”.

Recruiter must be navigating to ‘Hiring’ tile from ‘My Client Groups’; we have a customer requirement that if any user is accessing ‘Hiring’ tile from ‘My Client Groups’, then user must be defaulted as “Recruiter” but not the hiring manager.

Please share your inputs if you have addressed this for any customer.
