FYI notification on action from each workflow participants in supplier approval workflow
Summary:
An FYI notification is required to be triggered to specific set of people when an action is performed by each participants in supplier registration / supplier profile update approval workflow.

We have explored the standard options and not able to achieve the same. It is not working even after configuring multiple FYI rules after each approval rules as all FYI notifications are getting clubbed in to one FYI notification if the rules are triggered to the same person. Changing the Task Aggregation setting to "None" seems has no impact on the FYI notification rules.
