Skip or Remove stock grant and promotion steps from "Transfer Workforce Data to Core HR " process

My client wants to remove the stock grant and promotion steps from the "Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to Core HR" process because they are not using these features. Is it a way remove these steps from the process to save time or a way to skip these steps in a single go? Your help is appreciated here.
