Capacity Rules on Approval

Hello,

We would like to use the field Capacity Rules on Learning Request Approval, but we think it is not included on the BPM list of fields we could use. Our expectation is to differenciate if we have capacity limits specified at offering level. If there is no capacity rules enables, the learning request would be auto approved. However, if there is any capacity rules specificied, the approval to learning specialist would be tiggered.

Is there any way we could meet this requirement?
