Germany Tariff and Non-Tariff Localizations

Summary:

In Germany Employee groups are mostly belonging to Tariff and Non Tariff, these are special standards for Employees governed by the Labor Agreements which are part of an Organization. In Peoplesoft there are Germany specific Employee attributes that was delivered as part of the Product (Example: Salary Plan, Salary Grades, Tariff, Tariff Area) to group Eligibility criteria for an Employee. These CLA's are framed based on various socio economic factors that are prevailing in the Country. In Fusion HCM as part of Localization documents for Germany we could not find these Tariff, Tariff Areas either as part of DDF's to
