Family and Emergency contact approval issue

Summary: how to configure separate approval rules for creating a new family/emergency contact and selecting a co-worker as the contact?
What is the appropriate approval process should be triggered based on the specific action being performed on the family and emergency contacts in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Actions while using task "Family and Emergency Contact" under ME section of ESS
1)Create New Contact - need to go for approval
2)Select Co-worker as Contact - again need to go for approval separately

Please give me table name or Attribute Name to use it for the above action
