Number of expense reports pending approval on average per day

When trying to find the information, the issue I'm running into is that any report past 24-48 hours is already in Approved status. So far, I'm unable to find any way to capture reports in Pending Approval status in any meaningful volume. Has anyone else been able to capture this info?
