Append Incident in OPA Redirect URL

Hi,

I am using Aug 2016 version of Policy Modeling.  I have simple incident creation interview with some calculation also used a custom controller which only supported by Aug 2016 version of the Policy Modeling.  After this incident creation, the page needs to redirect to a payment page(customer portal page).

I am facing the following issues:

1) In Customer Portal the interview loads in iframe only. So, the redirect doesn't render properly from iframe to customer portal page.  

2)I have configured this payment in a Customer Portal widget.  So I need to append incident ID along with the payment redirect URL.
