Is it possible to Re-order fields on page using VBS?

Summary:

We have enabled several pages to Redwood, and we see the functionality of re-ordering fields which was possible with Page Composer, is not possible now on VBS.

Is anyone aware if this is possible to do? If not, is it on Oracle's Roadmap ?

It is a very important request for our client to make a better experience in UI . For example on Location Page, after hiding some unnecessary fields, phone numbers are looking like this:

Other Phone Country Code should be next to Other Phone Number, on the second row, and we are not capable of doing this.
