Redwood Grade Rate values - unable to enter 4 decimal places

We turned on Redwood Grades and Grade rates.. In making updates to grade rate values, we are unable to enter 4 decimal places. Error "Value for field exceeds the maximum length allowed". This is not an issue when we had Responsive UI turned on.

Navigate to Grade Rates > Select the Grade Rate > Correct > Grade Rate Values > enter Min, max, mid with 4 decimal places. Error displayed.

Was there any additional configuration required for Redwood Grade rates to set the number of decimal places?
