Oracle map comes as an attachment for mileage expense reports.

As per Oracle's intended functionality, Oracle Map comes as an attachment for distance travelled in Mileage Expense Reports. However, as per client's requirement Receipt attachment should be mandatory for mileage expense types.

Can anyone guide as how this can be achieved.
