Activation Criteria - Based on multiple previous tasks completion

Hello,

We have a requirement wherein a task (say task3) is to be assigned/activated only after the previous tasks (say task 1 AND task 2) are complete. Reading through implementation guide, I understand we can use 'Activation Criteria' logic but am not sure if this could work based on inputs from multiple task completion and not a single task.

Have any of you worked in such requirement?
