How to prioritize customer vip chat service queue?

Hi everyone,

I am setting up a special chat service, where some customers with attribute "VIP" have priority in being served, as the following sample scenario:

- A VIP client submits a chat. Five clients who are not VIP's are also in the queue. The VIP client is placed first in the chat queue.

The tool does not allow me to parameterize this scenario. How can I configure this setting for the Oracle Service Cloud?
