Job not visible in Opportunity Marketplace by employee

Hi community, one of our employee is not able to see in the "opportunity marketplace" section a specific job.

Everyone can see it correctly in opportunity marketplace but he can't.

We've noticed that he did the application to the same job who he is trying to insert a referral. Could that be the reason why he can't insert a referral to this job?
