EPCM - Managing Filters for Source and Destination Members

Not able to input a member name in the filter

I am trying to utilize the Filter to exclude certain members from the Source Entity in the allocation Rule. For example, I want Total Entity excluding Office1 and Office2. First I input "Total Entity" as the source member. Next, I click Total Entity → Manage Filter. I click the + to add a filter. However, I cannot change the "Name" Value? Is there a better description of how to use this feature other than the Oracle documentation for EPCM?
