Validation to make the DFF field mandatory using Autocomplete Rules while Resignation

Hi,

We have an Oracle approved Use Case (No - #36), 'Validation to make the DFF field mandatory for Non-UAE Nationals'. This needs to be written only on Resignation page and not applicable for Termination Cases. I have written a Business Object Validation Rule on 'Worker Work Relationship' through Autocomplete Rules. But I am not able to find the Action Code to identify whether it is a Resignation or Termination. Can anyone suggest.
