Generate Pay Slip payroll flow running 3x longer after 24B

Summary:

Hello Payroll friends,

We have seen an increase in run time with the payroll flow Generate Payslip after the 24B quarterly release; we produce approximately 42k payslips each pay period and prior to 24B the job will take 45 minutes. It now is taking almost 2 hours to complete for the same number of payslips.

Has anyone else experienced an issue?
