Hi Community,

We have created an Esignature Task for a Probation Review and upon clicking See Document in the Journey an error is presented " The report you are trying to run exceeds the data limit set for this server. Either re-run with parameters that reduce the data or schedule this report. Contact your Administrator if you have questions."

I have reviewed the BIP's "Maximum report data size for online reports" parameter as specified in Doc ID 2630333.1. The observation is if I click done the letter presents itself correctly in Document Records, just not in the task itself.
