Log storage if OFS wasn't able to successfully communicate to OIC3 integration

Hello, we are currently utilizing direct integration between OFS and Oracle Integration Cloud 3 (OIC3) for FA creation, update, cancellation, and completion processes. We need to determine if there is a log storage within OFS that can provide visibility into failed outbound communications, such as notifications for FA completion not reaching OIC3. Is there a dashboard or report similar to the Messages Report in OFS that can help us identify if outbound communications have failed? The issue we're experiencing is that when an FA is completed in OFS, OIC3 does not trigger as expected. According to OIC3, it has not
