In Redwood Succession Plan Owner not able to add multiple candidates to the plan

Summary:

Dear Experts,

In Redwood Succession Plan Owner not able to add multiple candidates to the plan. They able to add only one candidate to the plan, if they try to add one more candidate, they are not able to find the candidate names in search.

in the below screenshot succession plan owner try to add one more candidate but not able to find the employee's name in search.

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable): 24 B

Kindly please help me to know the Casuse of the issue and solution on this.
