Skill field should be not editable under skills and qualification

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have enabled the skill section under the skilll and qualification. In skill section, we have enabled skill as one of the field from profile where data will flow from ORC. We want this field as a non editable field. Employee should only be able to view it.

Please let us know if you have any solution to it. Thanks in advance!
