Is there any way for a user to submit an expense claim for a BU other than their assigned BU in Manage Users

Menu to assign BU for a user

Navigation : Setup and Maintenance >> Define Users for Financials >> Manage Users >> Search for User (Example: Test User ) in Keywords field >> Select to Edit User >> Edit User >>
Under "Employee Information" Section:
