How to fetch SourceRef values loaded via hdl?

Summary:

We are loading some source reference values while loading allocated checklist to employees. However I am not sure how to fetch this values in an OTBI and BI report. The values loaded successfully as I can see it in the line successfully loaded message. Requesting help from member.
