Unable to add calendar years from '’Manage Accounting Calendars

I want to ask about implementation of accounting calendar. It shows an error when adding year from accounting calendar.
I followed the steps below:
・Create a project for the accounting calendar Manage Configuration Packages
・Create an accounting calendar from the Manage Accounting Calendars
・When creating the primary ledger, link it with the calendar created in step ②
・Send the Review and Submit Accounting Configuration, and create a balance cube.
・Perform the modification from "Manage Configuration Packages" to ensure that the year of the calendar created in step ② corresponds to the correct fiscal year (if the period name is 2023-04, adjust the year to 2023)
