Screen appearing for HRBPs after Offer Approval

Summary:

Has anyone else experienced this behavior and seen this screen? (Please refer to the attached file.) Some HRPB encountered new behavior while approving several jobs offers. They were directed to a screen that they hadn't seen before. After pressing 'approve,' a screen appeared unexpectedly, but they were still able to successfully approve the job offers. We just want to understand the reason for this sudden appearance. Thanks
