Last Modified Date after Importing Report

Question: After I import a FRS report into FCCS, when I look at the Last Modified Date for that report, what will determine the date shown?

Situation: On Date 1, I create a report in FCCS environment A. On Date 2, I export the report via the Migrations page and download the file generated. On Date 3, I upload the file to FCCS environment B and import the file. Still in environment B, I open Reporting Web Studio and select the report that I just imported.

Will the Last Modified Date on the report be Date 1 (when I last saved the report in environment A), Date 2 (when I exported the report out of environment A), Date 3 (when I imported the report into environment B), or some other date?
