Position field is not visible at Assignment Region on Hire an Employee Redwood page

I am trying to display the field position at the assignment region on the Hire an Employee Redwood page. (My Client Groups > Hire an Employee > Assignment Region). I am using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications 24B (11.13.24.04.0)

I found this document in Oracle Support that mentions that the position field is hidden in Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Resources 24B.

Furthermore, the document provides steps to unhide the region using Visual Builder Studio (VBS). However, I cannot find the position field when configuring a new rule to display this field using VBS in the fields and region pane. See pictures 2 and 3 below. All I see are the regions of the hire an employee form but not the fields.
