Billing section is missing for personalization in VBS

Hi

As per 24C upgrade there are realignment in pages like Line Delivery and Billing Details is now changed to Delivery and Billing Details which is fine.

But when I tried to personalize new page Delivery and Billing detail via VBS, I found that Billing section is missing and hence personalization capability on billing section like charge account , edit distribution etc are not possible in 24C which was introduced and demonstrated in 24B webinar.

Can you please validate this?
