Create and search data in desired language (within installed languages)

Summary:

Language pack has been installed for two languages i.e. Finnish and Swedish (apart from English)
Requirement - Business user to enter and search data in desired language i.e. in Finnish while creating any purchasing transaction.

Oracle's out-of-the-box functionality translates the standard labels (on the transaction) but the values still are visible in implementation language i.e. English.

Question is how can we translate the data which are coming from setups or master data such as lookup values, purchasing categories etc. without manually translating for each and every tasks/objects?
