24C New BIP report Journal and Transaction Details Report not available

Summary:

In the 24C there is a new BIP report 'Journal and Transaction Details Report'. We are now looking at all the new futures in our dedicated demo environment. We don't see this report anywhere and also cannot find related privileges. Can anyone help me how we can run this report? Are there additional privileges needed to be added to a role?
