Goal Approval Configuration

Goal Management Approval Hierarchy


Currently we have 2 levels of approval for Goal Management. When employee creates a goal, it goes to Line Manager and then it goals for talent Admin's approval.
These two level approval is from two departments - first is from employee's parent department (approved by line manager) and second is HR department (approved by Talent Admin). Requirement is to have once employee sets a goal few goal should go to mutiple approval within his own department and once approved and it is with HR department, few goals go for multiple approvals within HR department.
Ex:
Goal1 -> will go to line manager (LM1) -> will go to talent admin (TA1) => Finally approved
