No Notification Available for the Prepayment

Hi Team,

Good day to you!

We noticed that some Available Prepayment is not showing notification on the Invoices?

Is there any reason caused the issue, the prepayment is Fully Paid and available for apply prepayment?

For example: the bell show that there is available prepayment to apply.
