Unable to see ODA in sandbox after completing all steps

I have pulled FADigitalAssistant 24.07.10 into the list of digital assistants and got the message "Added FADigitalAssistant • 24.07.10 to your list of digital assistants."
Then using Navigator > Development > Digital Assistant I clicked the Train button. It gave message "You cannot train a digital assistant once it's published".
Next I Configured a new Channel and enabled it. Then did reset and got message "You successfully reset the sessions for the Test_ODA_Functionality channel.".
Then went on to Configure Digital Assistant to Work with Oracle Web Channel.
Verified that "Profile option to enable digital assistant" is set to Y a site level.
Activated a sandbox that has the HCM Experience Design Studio tool in it.
