Change photo - Users entitled to change picture

Summary:

We would like to allow the possibility to change picture exclusively on self, not on other users.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi,

We noticed that our custom Super Users are able to change the pictures of employees and other users. Our customer asked us to let the users to only change their own picture, and let the Super Users only monitor the task and take action from Transaction console if there are any problems.

What privilege should we grant to the user to let them only change their own picture and not others'? Is it possible to make sure that Super Users see the task on transaction console?

Howdy, Stranger!
