Email notification sent even if notifications are disabed in the compensation plan

Hello,

A manager received an email notification from Compensation while notifications are not enabled in Compensation module.

Why an email was sent ? Is there an option I need to disable in order to avoid this ?

The configuration of notifications in the compensation plan is :

The test was :

  1. Throught Act As Proxy, user A was connected as Top Manager.
  2. She went to Approval page
  3. She selected a manager and clicked on button 'Request for information' in the Approval page.
  4. She added a comment and then clicked on Submit
