User clicks on Start Survey in Survey Journey is keep on buffering

Hi All,

We have created a survey journey and manually assigned to a custom role Line manager and the notification got triggered. User clicked on the Start Survey button and the page keep on buffering.

The custom line manager is having the Manage Journey by Manager Duty Role.

Please let us know if anything missing and Thank you in Advance.
