Rule Design Loan

Hi,

We need a rule to pass the amount in settlement value→ No Year→ BegBalance to Settlement month→ Settlement Year POV

eg1

if Settlement Month Apr
Settlement Year FY24

then Settlement Value should appear under year fy23 and Apr Month

if Settlement Month Jan
Settlement Year FY25

then Settlement Value should appear under year fy25 and Jan Month

Need a rule to capture this requirement
