After P2T, production Atom Feed Data was not copied to Test Environment

Hi all

A P2T was recently done in the HCM Fusion tenancy of a customer. After the P2T the atom feed data from the production environment was not copied into the Test environment
Is The atom feed data not copied between environments when a P2T is done?
If the answer is Yes. Why this data does not appear in the test environment?
If the answer is No. Can that data be moved from Prod to Test?
