Performance Management | Add Check-In document| unable to find fields in VBS for customization

Summary:

Navigate: My Team >> Show More >> Add Check In Document >> Select Person

Requirement-

  1. We need to make "Check-Ins" value default in Template field (given in attached screen shot).
  2. Wanted to hide - View recommended Topics field

Problem-

When I open the page in VBS, unable to see fields "Template" and "View recommended Topics". Also, no business rule tab is available.

Is that mean, we can not customize this page ?

If we can, can you suggested how we can achieve above two requirements.
