Where is the Performance rating in Performance Spotlight being pulled from?

We have the Performance rating showing in our PROD Redwood Performance Spotlight and it is visible to the employee. There are a few issues with this. First and most importantly, we do not show this to employees. Secondly, the rating is incorrect. Lastly, we did this all in our TEST environment and we confirmed you are unable to see the Performance rating; however, we moved this over from TEST to PROD but PROD is showing the Performance rating. We have hid Performance Spotlight at this time until we can understand how to hide this from
