Create a salary basis based on points

Hello,
Our client as a specific requirement where the employees hired have to be paid in Points as a salary, instead of the classic amount in the Salary Basis attribution during the hiring process.
The points represent a certain amount depending on collective agreement requirement (Ex: 1500 points is equal to 25,000€, and so on).
It means that when I enter my salary basis when I'm hiring an employee, If I enter 1500 as a points in my salary basis, those point should not be added as a amount in my Annual salary.
My question is to know if this type of setup is possible from a compensation/payroll/ Core HR perspective ?
