Fields are not updating on page created by Custom Object from Application Composer

Summary: I have a page created from Custom Object from Application Composer. There are values in this table already created. I like to update the value and when trying to update a value, getting error: Insufficient privilege to update entity sessiondef.oracle.apps.custom.entities, first 2 screenshot.

I then checked custom object and verified that I had the custom role assigned that allows update (I assume this means update to value in table) & page is updatable, find 3rd and 4th screenshot.

Anyone ran into this issue and have solution or hit, would be greatly appreciated.
